The gin is produced at the Reisetbauer distillery in Austria. For the gin, the wheat variety Mulan is cultivated in Upper Austria. The distillation takes place in a gentle pot still process. The premium gin from Austria - where the vintage indicates the year of distillation. Blue Gin is distilled only once a year, between February and May, and is therefore rightly called Vintage. The edition is limited: If a vintage is out of stock, the only thing that helps is to wait for the next year. Provided with fresh juniper berries, lemon zests and various herbs a gin flavour was created, which is fragrant and light, but at the same time rich in finesse. The high-quality spices come from no less than ten countries: Egypt, China, Spain, Indonesia, Macedonia, the Netherlands, Romania, Turkey, the USA and Vietnam. They are settled in best grain alcohol for some time before they are gently distilled.
