Ramsbury Single Estate London Dry Gin is produced by an estate called Ramsbury Estate, which is located just outside the village of Ramsbury in Wiltshire. This is an old farmhouse set in stunning countryside. The distillery grew special wheat in 2014, which is also used to make the base alcohol. It is the Horatio variety. Harvesting is done on the farm to the point, so that the optimal quality is achieved. After successful germination and fermentation, the mash is distilled. The raw spirit is diluted and distilled in a column still made of copper. Botanicals: juniper, fresh quince, cinnamon, liquorice, orris root, coriander, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel, angelica root. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear.
