The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli. It is located in the north-eastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto.

The brandy is distilled from Trebbiano wine from Soave.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Dark amber.
Nose: Sweet, caramel, tea, dried fruit.
Taste: Harmonious, full-bodied.
Finish: Long lasting.
