The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli. It is located in the north-eastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto. Botanicals: juniper berries, nutmeg grapes, mountain pine, stone pine, mint, cardamom, coriander. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Intense, juniper. Taste: Fresh, mild, juniper berries, coriander, cardamom. Finish: Long lasting, dry. Drink the gin neat, on ice or with tonic water.
