The grappa is made from Merlot and Cabernet grapes. Distillation takes place in copper stills. The Sarpa Oro matures in French oak barrels, which have a capacity of 225 liters.

Nose: Exotic fruits, lemons, licorice, vanilla.
Taste: Complex and pronounced.
Finish: Long and persistent.
A drinking temperature of 18-20 °C is recommended.
