Description

The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli. It is located in the north-eastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto.

The grappa is made from Merlot and Cabernet grapes. The distillation takes place in copper flasks.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Clear.
Nose: Grassy, fresh, mint, roses.
Taste: Rustic, sincere, generous.
Finish: Long lasting.

A drinking temperature of 18-20 °C is recommended.
