The grappa is made from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The distillation is done gently in small quantities with the help of steam. It is aged for 6 months in former Sassicaia wine barrels.
Tasting notes:Colour: gold.
Nose: vanilla, wood, cocoa, coffee, liquorice.
Taste: Complex and well structured.
Finish: Long lasting.
A drinking temperature of 18-20 °C is recommended.
