The grappa is made from Moscato Fior d'Arancio and Muscat pomace. The "Crysopea" process is used for the distillation. This new process takes place in a water bath with negative pressure. It is then stored in French oak barrels for up to one year.

Nose: Sweet, honey, flowering meadows, fresh fruit, citrus aromas.
Taste: Very elegant.
Finish: Long lasting.
A drinking temperature of 10-15 °C is recommended. G
