The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli. It is located in the north-eastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto. Tasting notes:Colour: honey. Nose: Vanilla, cocoa, coffee, toasted wood. Taste: Sustained, powerful, harmonious. Finish: Long lasting. A drinking temperature of 18-20°C is recommended.
