The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli. It is located in the north-eastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto. Poli Amorosa di Settembre is made from marc of the Vespaiolo grape from Breganze. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Aromas of apples, figs and honey. Taste: Soft, elegant, sweet. Finish: Long and persistent.
