The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli. It is located in the north-eastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto. Poli Amorosa di Dicembre is made from pomace of the Vespaiolo grape. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Fruity, exotic fruits, dried fruit, raisins. Taste: Soft, refined, fruity notes. Finish: Long and persistent.
