The vineyard is located in the community of Horitschon in the heart of the Blaufränkischland, it covers 27 hectares. Great importance is attached to rationality and variety speciality. The winegrower Paul Lehrner puts his main focus on native grape varieties such as Blaufränkisch. The deep, heavy clay soils offer optimal conditions for red wine varieties.Tasting notes:Dark ruby grenade. In the nose notes of forest berries and precious wood. Smooth on the palate, fine berry fruit, complex with very good ageing potential. Wonderfully fruity finish. Grape variety: Blaufränkisch. Ageing: 18 months in new barriques. Residual sugar: 1.2 g/l.
