The Paladin Prosecco Rosé is a blend of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero grapes. In order to maintain the perfect balance between the two grape varieties and thus achieve a masterly result, they are vinified separately.Tasting notes:Radiant rosé with fine perlage in the glass. In the nose fresh and floral aromas. On the palate juicy and persistent with floral and fruity notes. Long lasting finish. Grape varieties: 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C. Sugar: 12 g/l. Acidity: 6.6 - 6.9 mg/l. Recommended as an aperitif, excellent with ham, cheese, fish and grilled vegetables.
