Prosecco Extra-Dry Millesimato Paladin comes from the vineyards located in the hilly and extremely historical production area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Prosecco has been cultivated here for at least two centuries, but some historians trace its origins back to Roman times. The fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16°C and creates a fine pearling, very pleasant and smooth. Through this cellar technique, very delicate fragrances and fascinating flavours are obtained. It is thanks to these characteristics that this wine is so successful and well known.
