David's experience as a bartender combined with Erika's knowledge of making smooth tequilas results in this wonderful bottle. Padrecito is made from 100% Weber blue agave, harvested young and aged for only 6 years. After harvest, the carefully selected agave is steamed for 24 hours in the characteristic brick oven and then left to rest for another 12 hours in the residual heat of the oven. A 72-hour fermentation followed by two weeks of stabilization completes the intricate process, ensuring the highest quality and exquisite flavor.
