Description
The Ojo de Tigre is produced in Mexico according to 500 years old tradition. Espadín and Tobalá agaves are used for this special mezcal. After the plant is cooked, it is fermented and distilled in Copper Stills. Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Agave notes, sweetish, citrus notes. Taste: Slightly smoky, green apples, citrus, cooked agave, caramel. Finish: Long lasting.
