Afterwards he worked in France as well as in the USA where he got the opportunity to taste numerous spirits and fell in love with gin.
The idea to create a gin that is fresh, fruity and smooth, like the homemade Calvados, was born.
Through the use of 15 botanicals, some of which originate from India, a perfect balance of spice, sweetness and softness is guaranteed.
Small copper pot stills, in which otherwise the Calvados is distilled, are also used for the production of Gin.
Botanicals: Apples, oranges, cinnamon, juniper, lilies, cloves, ginger, coriander.
Tasting notes:
Color: Clear.Nose: Flowery, sweet, orchard, sweet oranges.
Taste: Soft, fruity, juniper, apples.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy, floral.
