In 1973 the Nonino family produced the first Grappa Monovitigno from marc of Picolit grapes. Marc is obtained by distilling the solid components of a grape. The family celebrated great success with the brandy and soon other distillers worldwide became aware of the new product. Grappa is not only the oldest eau-de-vie in Northern Italy but also the most traditional. The grappas of the Nonino family reflect the history and long tradition of the company. Nonino Grappa Tradizionale is made from white and red marc. The distillation is carried out in copper steam stills. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the house NONINO this typical grappa was created, distilled from different selected Friulian grape varieties.Tasting notes:Color: Clear.
