A gentle fermentation and distillation highlight the fruity flavours. Maturation takes place in specially treated red wine and American whiskey casks to develop the whisky's distinctive body and sweetness.
A big impression with only a small footprint; each bottle is certified organic and made at the distillery with 100% renewable energy, as well as bottled in 100% recyclable bottles.
