The Naga Rum Casked Aged Rum of Indonesia is produced in the north of the Java Island according to old Asian techniques. A slow fermentation of molasses in combination with malted Indonesian red rice yeast results in this breathtaking rum. A blend of two distillates: one rum from Indonesian pot stills and another from column stills. The maturation takes place in Jati oak barrels (teakwood) and in Bourbon barrels.Tasting notes:Colour: gold with reddish accents. Nose: Exotic, spicy, slightly fruity, notes of nutmeg, cloves, cocoa, hints of sugar. Taste: Soft, spicy, exotic, fruit, mangoes, bananas, hints of spices. Finish: Long lasting, exotically spicy.
