A cuvée of the cocoa varieties Forastero and Trinitario, specially produced for the Mozart Distillery, is intensively blended with high-proof fine brandy and stored. After the cocoa is completely settled, the clarified cocoa maceration, which has been freed from cloudy substances, can be skimmed off.
