The grapes for Montes Cabernet Sauvignon are grown in the vineyards in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. A subtle red wine that is aged in American oak. Tasting notes:Dense ruby red in the glass. On the nose, a complex bouquet of cinnamon, caramel, mint and rock candy. On the palate expressive, juicy, aromatic, powerful, spicy, oak and firm tannins. A wine with aging potential. Grape varieties: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot. Aging: American oak barrels. Closure: Cork. Drinking temperature: 16-18°C. The red wine goes very well with lamb, beef and pasta dishes.
