The grapes for the Montes Cabernet Sauvignon are grown in the vineyards in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. A subtle red wine that is aged in American oak. Tasting notes:Dense ruby red in the glass. In the nose a complex bouquet of black cherries, chocolate, wild berries and cassis. At the palate expressive, spicy, fully aromatic and fruity, with good body, oak notes, firm tannin and attractive, powerful finish. A wine with storage potential. Grape varieties: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot. Maturation: American oak barrels. Closure: Cork. Drinking temperature: 16-18°C. The red wine goes very well with lamb, beef and pasta dishes.
