The estate covers 95 hectares of vineyards and is known for its characterful wines. Tasting notes:Clear with pale orange-pink reflections in the glass. On the nose precise notes of red berries, strawberries and red currants and herbs. On the palate powerful, fruity, of herbs and berries. Long lasting and mineral on the finish. Grape varieties: 60% Grenache, 35% Cinsaut, 5% Syrah. Drinking temperature: 8-10°C. The white wine harmonizes very well with a Ceasar salad, oriental dishes and fish dishes.
