Mintis Gin is made by hand in a family-run distillery in Piedmont. Carlo Vergnano runs the Torino distillery in Moncalieri together with his wife, daughter and the help of some employees. Maestro distiller Denis Muni has more than 20 years of experience in producing successful spirits. Minti's gin is distilled in a custom vacuum still for eight hours at 60 degrees. A low temperature is used, which preserves the aromatic and fresh taste. Each bottle is signed by the maestro distiller, which guarantees the quality of handwork.
