The MICHAEL winery is located in eastern Styria between Weiz and Gleisdorf. The vines are on the southern slope of the Rosenberg. Through the harmonious interaction with nature, authentic wines with natural concentration are created. The motto of the Kothgasser family is: "Nature is the key to success." The sparkling wine is made from 50% Shiraz and 50% Uhudler grapes. Tasting notes:A fruity, slightly sweet frizzante reminiscent of raspberries and strawberries. Long lasting and berry finish. Grape varieties: Shiraz, Uhudler. Drinking temperature: 6-8°C.
