The Master Blender is Artificial Intelligence supervised by Angela D'Orazio. First-fill ex-bourbon casks in 200l and 100l are used for production, as well as freshly saturated ex-Oloroso casks, new American oak casks and new Swedish oak casks. Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Strong, fruity, sweet, notes of green pear, honey, vanilla, butterscotch. Taste: Rich, fruity, powerful, notes of vanilla, citrus, pepper, smoky peat, juniper. Finish: Long lasting, oak tones.
