Milk & Honey Distillery is the first whisky distillery in Israel. The distillery is managed by Head Distiller Dr. Jim Swan and Tomer Goren. This single malt whisky matures at the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea. The maturation takes place at temperatures of up to 50°C. The whiskey is bottled without chill filtration and additional colorants. Distilled: 24 June 2018 Bottled: 04 July 2021 Batch No. 010 Limit: 4,892 bottles Tasting notes:Color: Bright amber. Nose: Sweet, notes of vanilla, mocha, peppermint. Taste: Powerful, warm, spicy, notes of cinnamon, coriander, cocoa, white pepper. Finish: Long lasting, sea salt.
