The number 7, however, identifies the 7 bottlings of Los Siete Misterios. Each one of these mezcals is made from a different agave variety. The brand's goal is to support and represent the traditional production methods, customs and culture of Mexico. Doba Yej, means Espadín in the ancient Zapotec language.
