On the palate marked by fruit, like cherries. Long lasting finish. Grape varieties: Sangiovese 85%, Merlot 10%, others 5%. Soil: Clay. Ageing: 6 months in oak barrels. Closure: Natural cork. Drinking temperature: 16-17°C. The wine goes very well with pizza and pasta dishes.
