A true treasure trove of rums. Reunion is an enchanting island in the Indian Ocean and is known for traditional molasses as well as agricole rums. The traditional and renowned Riviére du Mat distillery combines two types of distillation - single distillation (aromatic rums) and triple distillation (light rums). It uses mainly French oak barrels that previously contained top-quality Cognac. This bottling is aged for 10 years in French oak and ex-Cognac barrels.
