The name of this sotol translates as "the hidden woman". The name is based on a legend from 1543. A Spanish princess was captured, according to the stories, managed to escape again, but was never found. Local fishermen, however, claimed to have discovered the missing princess as a mermaid in the Pacific Ocean. This Grand Sotol is made from 100% Agave Dasylirion Blanco. Tasting notes:Color: Clear.
