Silvia and Antonio Nonino experimented with different ingredients in 1928. The old recipe was revised by Cristina, Antonella and Elisabetta Nonino in 2018 and L'Aperitivo was created. The ingredients have been carefully selected and dried at low temperature, this preserves the natural intensity of fragrance, taste and color. This drink is enhanced by a grape brandy that highlights the fruity notes. The L'Aperitivo Nonino is 100% vegetable and without additives. The L'Aperitivo is refined with 16 botanicals: herbs, flowers, fruits, berries and roots. Award: - Aperitif of the Year - International Spirits Competition 2021. Tasting notes:Colour: sunny yellow. Nose: Citrus nuances, floral. Taste: Balsamic, fruity with notes of blackberries and wild berries, lemons, bitter. Finish: Long and persistent. Because of its fruity-bitter taste, it is mostly used neat, on the rocks or as a cocktail.
