Kujira Ryukyu 31 Years Old matures for more than three decades in ex-sherry, bourbon and white oak barrels before receiving its finish in oloroso casks. Tasting notes:Color: Dark amber. Nose: Fruity, sweet, notes of dried fruit, caramel, oak, tropical herbs. Taste: Rich, sweet, notes of dried fruit, toasted oak, caramel custard, tropical herbs. Finish: Long lasting, soft, toffee.
