Tasting notes:
Light salmon pink with gold reflections in the glass. On the nose hints of roses, hibiscus, nutmeg notes, wood spice. On the palate juicy, balanced, woody sweet after vineyard peaches as well as hibiscus. Long lasting on the finish.Grape variety: Rose muscatel.
Aging: In new barriques.
Acidity: 7,8 g/l.
Residual sugar: 261,1 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
Drinking temperature: 10-12 °C.
Excellent with duck liver terrine and berry tart with mint.
