Peat content: 50 ppm Distilled: 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 Bottled: 2020 Limited to 15.500 bottles!Tasting notes:Color: Rich gold. Nose: Dried figs, orange peel, sea salt, hints of bacon, oak aromas, cinnamon, citrus sweetness. Taste: Cooked plums, cherries, dark chocolate, notes of salted caramel, spicy heather, honey, wet ash, smoke. Finish: Long lasting, cooked apples, pears, dark chocolate, BBQ smoke.
