The Kyoto Distillery is the first Japanese gin distillery, which is located in Minami-Ku, in the south of the city of Kyoto.
The Old Tom Gin is distilled in copper stills and refined with the botanicals known for Kinobi and dark sugar called "Kokutou".
The two golden signs on the black bottle mean "island" and "sugar".

Botanicals: juniper berries, iris, cypress, lemons, green tea, ginger, red shiso leaves, bamboo leaves, sansho pepper, kinom.

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: complex, sweet, fruity-sweet, juniper, notes of spices, tea aromas.
Taste: Harmonious, sweet, notes of green tea, ginger, citrus.
Finish: Long lasting.
