The Kaniché Rum Perfección Double Wood reflects the XO Double Wood to perfection. The molasses used for the production comes from Central America, Panama. After a 3 year maturing period in Central America, it is shipped to France, where it undergoes a further maturing process in former Maison Ferrand Cognac barrels. Limited to 2112 bottles!Tasting notes:Colour: dark amber. Nose: Soft, exotic, fruity, cocoa, vanilla, sugar cane. Flavour: multi-faceted, coconut pulp, cocoa cream, cognac spice, vanilla aromas. Finish: Long lasting, fruity.
