The Kaiken winery is located in the Mendoza wine region in Argentina. The wine was named after a wild goose called "Kaiken". It stands for freedom and boundlessness. The grapes are handpicked in the vineyards of Mendoza. Tasting notes:Deep dark purple in the glass. On the nose aromas of fully ripe red fruits, prunes, violets, dark chocolate and notes of oak. On the palate, the red wine is very soft with velvety tannins. Long lasting in the finish. Grape variety: Malbec. Maturation: French oak barrels. Acidity: 4,75 g/l. Residual sugar: 2,0 g/l. Closure: Natural cork. Serving temperature: 18 °C. Storage potential: 3-4 years. This red wine goes perfectly with lamb, roast or grilled beef, duck, goose, wild fowl or spicy aromatic game dishes.
