It is corn mash based and charcoal filtered prior to maturation, in keeping with the great tradition of the Tennessee distilling process. Mash Bill: 80% corn / 10% rye / 10% malted barley.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Sweet corn, cooked barley, hint of cold smoke. Taste: Soft, smoky, barley. Finish: Long lasting, spices, smoke.
