This gin, produced by Diageo in collaboration with bartender Dee Davies, is based on Japanese rice wine sake. Botanicals such as juniper and coriander, as well as the cherry blossoms typical of Japan and the citrus plant Yuzu are used in its production. The Jinzu Gin takes its name from the Japanese river of the same name.Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Taste: Exotic, juniper, coriander. Finish: Long lasting.
