This blend consists of small batch grain and single Irish pot still whiskeys.
The ageing takes place in American sherry and double burnt oak casks.
Black Barrel oak casks are burnt out before and after bourbon ageing and thus give the whisky the typically strong aromas due to caramelised residues.
Tasting notes:Colour: Amber.
Nose: Rich, full, very sweet, exotic fruits, apricots, papaya.
Taste: Creamy, lush, fruity.
Finish: Long lasting, notes of fruit, wood.
