The highest demands are placed on this gin and on its production process in the copper kettle. Besides the exquisite botanicals, the huckleberry (blueberry) is the most important ingredient - and it is this that gives our gin its name.

Botanicals: blueberries, juniper, lavender flowers, angelica root, coriander.

Nose: Fruity, lavender, juniper notes.
Flavour: Floral, spicy, intense fruit aromas, blueberries.

The gin can be drunk pure, on ice or with tonic water.
