Between orchards and vineyards is the veteran distillery of Hödl Hof. The quality of the brandies is ensured by a 300-liter rough-fired boiler and a 200-liter fine-fired boiler made of pure copper. The fruit grown on the farm is transported by the shortest route to the fermentation cellar, where it is gently fermented under temperature control. For generations, double distillation has been carried out according to old Styrian tradition. Only the high-proof heart of it is taken and then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel. Blueberry distillate, fine wheat distillate and fresh blueberry juice are rounded off with natural ingredients.Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Intense fully ripe blueberries.
