Leo Hillinger took over the winery from his father in 1990. Since the handover, he has constantly developed his company. Today, Hillinger wine is internationally renowned.

Since 2010, Hillinger has pursued organic viticulture.

Tasting notes: 

Light straw yellow with green reflections in the glass. On the nose notes of gooseberry, elderberry, cornflower, grasses and green bell pepper. Refreshing and aromatic on the palate. Long expressive finish.

Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc.
Vinification: Fermented in steel tanks at 13-15 °C.
Acidity: 6,0 g/l.
Residual sugar: 5,4 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
Cellaring potential: 2 years.
Drinking temperature: 8-10 °C.

Harmonizes very well with light dishes and asparagus.
