The Highland Park distillery was founded by Magnus Eunson in 1798. Today The Edrington Group is the owner of the distillery. It is the northernmost whisky distillery in Scotland and is located in Kirkwall on the Orkney Island mainland. The distillery buildings of Highland Park are listed in the Scottish Heritage Lists and produce around 2.5 million litres of whisky annually. Highland Park 10 Years Old is the youngest original bottling of Highland Park.Tasting notes:Colour: gold. Nose: Fruity, slightly smoky, oranges, apples, heather, sea breeze. Taste: Fruity aromas, oak, various herbs. Finish: Long lasting, soft and smoky.
