The distillery was founded by a group of dairy farmers. Until today the Hellyers Road distillery produces high quality whisky and exports to more than 20 countries. The Hellyers Road Pinot Noir whisky matures in French oak barrels in which Pinot Noir was previously stored.Tasting notes:Colour: gold. Nose: Fruity, cherries, cocoa, chocolate chip cookie. Taste: Cereals, malt, fruits, cherries, raspberries, cocoa. Finish: Long lasting.
