The Hatozaki Whiskies are produced in the Kaikyo Distillery, which owes its name to the famous AkashiKaikyo Bridge. The Yonezawa family has been brewing sake in their own Akashi-Tai brewery since 1856, and in 1917 they started distilling other spirits. Hatozaki Japanese Blended Whisky is a blend of whiskies that are up to 12 years old. These are blended from our own cask stocks and both malt and grain whiskies of different ages, styles and cask types are used.Tasting notes:Colour: Rich orange gold.
