These soleras mature for about 15 years in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels made of American white oak.Tasting notes:Colour: mahogany with golden notes. Aroma: Complex, after wine ester with balsamic nuances indicate its long and adequate wood ageing. Taste: Soft, full-bodied, toasted notes, hints of vanilla. Finish: Long and pleasant.
