The Cava de Oro brand is a high quality 100% agave tequila brand. The tequila comes from the Tequilera Puerta de Hierro. This produces handcrafted tequilas in El Arenal Jalisco, Mexico. The blue agaves are carefully harvested. Four varieties are then distilled: Plata, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo. PLATA Tequila is an unaged blanco tequila that is double distilled. Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Fresh, notes of herbs, citrus, vanilla, earth. Taste: Soft, notes of cooked agave, caramel, herbs. Finish: Long lasting. Enjoy tequila neat, with a few drops of water or over ice. This tequila is also excellent for mixing for luxurious cocktails.
